RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want you to love what you buy. If you receive a product that you are not happy with please contact us by email or phone and we will gladly work with you to find a solution that best meets your needs. On items purchased within 30 days we can most likely work out a return for refund, credit or exchange as long as they are non-sale items returned in original condition. After 30 days we will most likely offer a credit or exchange. Sale items are final, however if there is a flaw in the quality (not mentioned) or the item is not as described contact us and we can work something out. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable. Personalized items and special orders are not returnable.

Please remember to include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. We will need that information to process your return or exchange. Circle the item that you are returning, indicate the reason for return, however please contact us first so we know the return is coming and what the resolution will be ahead of time.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in shipping so it is best for you to send your package via a carrier that offers tracking (UPS, FedEX or USPS Delivery Confirmation). We will process your exchange or return as quickly as possible. A shipment or credit notification e-mail will be sent to the email address on file.

Once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, we will be happy to assist you.

Although we take great pride in the proper packaging of your shipment, items are occasionally damaged in transit. Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at Teri@mamasandmunchkins.com so that we may assist you.

tems will be sent via either UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Mail and the method of shipment will be at the sole discretion of Mamas & Munchkins. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item only.

Most of our items that are in stock will ship the following business day. Custom orders and special orders will ship as soon as possible and usually from the supplier. Please contact us for more detailed information on these types of orders. At this time, Mamas & Munchkins cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Mamas and Munchkins is not responsible for and will not issue any refunds for delays on the part of UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any carrier. Mamas and Munchkins is not responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. If a delivery package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

SALES TAX
No sales tax will be charged if the billing address is located outside of the state of Illinois. All orders originating from Illinois will be charged a 7.0% sales tax on merchandise.
